ROUTE 1 –SPLIT -SPLIT -7 NIGHTS
Split is the main urban, cultural and administration centre, for the Dalmatia region. It enjoys good road
and sea links to the other main tourist resorts. It also enjoys a rich and colourful past and
heritage. More recently it has undergone much reconstruction, resulting in a
cosmopolitan Mediterranean tourist resort in its own right. As it is also a
major port, it is perfectly positioned as a starting/finnishing destination for
Sailing yacht, or Crewed gulet charters.
Trogir - Trogir town is a living museum, if you appreciate culture and historical architecture you will enjoy exploring this fine example. There is much that has been preserved from several periods, including; Gothic, Roman and Venetian. Trogir is also listed under the UNESCO heritage sites.Furthermore, it has an important shipbuilding industry, developed during the last century. Much to sightsee and explore whilst at this destination.
Primosten– a small island, connected by a causeway to the mainland. It has a rich history and many places of cultural interest. Plus, it has been voted as having one of the top ten beaches in Croatia. Very impressive as you approach by sea, as part of your yacht tour programme.
Skradin– This small town is situated on the mouth of the Krka river and is approached via an inlet. Skradin also hosts some very impressive waterfalls and marina. Its locatian is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, being also one of the oldest Croatian settlements and headquarters to the Krka National Park.
Zut –There are no permanent settlements on this beautiful and unspoilt island. There is a fishing trade that exists around here, dating back centuries. The area is rich with flora and fauna, and also has many plant and animal sea species in the area. Anchor in perfect natural tranquility.
Telascica– This area has been established as a natural park, due to its outstanding plant and animal life. This bay also has very steep white impressive cliffs, providing a contrast to all the foliage from olive, pine and fig trees. The bay is a very special place to visit, also provides a safe and sheltered anchorage for your yacht.
Kaprije - Yet another island of outstanding natural beauty, but this island also enjoys some history and cultural hertage. No cars are allowed on Kaprije, as a means of preserving its beautiful, natural, enviroment. The main industries here are; agriculture, fishing and tourism. Providing moreopportunities for exploration and sightseeing, as you continue your gulet cruise.Maslinica/Solta - Maslinica is a picturesque settlement on Solta island, unspoilt by mass tourism, where it is still possible to enjoy peace and quiet. The neighbouring bays are rocky, but enjoy some degree isolation and privacy. A perfect relaxing way to end your tour, before disembarkation in Split.
ROUTE 2 –SPLIT -DUBROVNIK -7 NIGHTS
Split is a large busy city and port, that has recently undergone much reconstruction. As well a being a major urban and cultural centre. It is also a tourist destination in its own right and popular embarkation point for the growing gulet charter charter & crewed yacht market in Croatia. The city has a colourful historic past and is now a cosmopolitan Mediterranean city.
Milna is a large import historic and cultural centre, that has special protect
ion to preserve these features. There is a very large harbour and many religeous buildings and churches, plus Works of art. Osibova bay also has some Gothic church ruins. Closely situated to the harbour are some nice coves with sand and pebble beaches, providing ideal swim stops and yacht anchorages. These include; Pasika, Osibova, Lucice, Maslinova and Bobovisa.
Hvar town, on Hvar island, offers much history and culture and is also a very busy and popular tourist resort. Some of the attractions include the comfortable and agreeable climate, the pleasant natural enviroment. Plus, plenty of accommodation choices and local cuisine. It operates as an all
year round resort, not just seasonal. As it is also fast becoming a chic and trendy choice, with the increase of Spa and sport and facilities.There are also many options for anchoring, whilst on your charter voyage.
Vis now rated as one of the top 5 Croatian holiday island resorts. However, this small island has a very different past. Whilst you will see evidence of several ancient historic sites, during the past century the island was used as a military base, because of its stategic position. It was made available
for normal occupation and tourists again after 2008. This beautiful island has many vineyards and superb beaches, plus the surrounding sea is rich with fish, mainly the blue variety ( sardines,mackeral and anchovies) A perfect stopover, on your charter programme.
Vis/Komiža -This small resort is located in a very deep bay on the western side of Vis island and enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean climate all year round. Interesting and sheltered anchorage.
Korcula– Korcula island one of the greenest island s in the Adriatic sea. Along with the beautiful and natural enviroment, the island is also rich in history and culture(birthplace of Marco Polo)Korkula town is the main town on the island and has a history of shipbuilding. There are also numerous
beaches and bays, ideal for providing sheltered relaxing yacht anchorages.
Mljet –one of the larger Adriatic islands. Parts of which are National Parkland, due to its natural beauty and lakes. The island is also rich in history and culture and numerous bays and beach to explore from your gulet charter cruise.
Sipan –this island is quite densely populated and enjoys a mild Winter climate.Sipan is rich with culture and history and has interesting architecture with Gothic summer houses of the rich and famous, also several monastries and churches. The island still though offers beautiful natural space, providing magnificent views.
Dubrovnik – Possibly one of the most famous and historical cities on the whole Meditrranean. The city has a rich and cultural past and more recently has endured natural disasters and conflict. It still manages to retain its famous and important historic architecture. As well as being a special and
