GULET YACHT CHARTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The charter agreement becomes official when the client signs it and sends [X%] of the total charter fee to the charter company as a deposit. The remaining balance of the charter fee is due no later than [X] weeks prior to the charter start date.c. The payment options include cash and credit card transactions.
2. The charter period starts at [Time] on [Date] and runs until [Time] on [Date].b. Late return of the yacht may result in additional charges.
3. Charter Fee Includes: a. The charter fee includes the use of the yacht and its equipment.b. The charter agreement determines which costs such as fuel and provisioning expenses will be included in the total price.
4. Cancellation Policy: a. In the event of cancellation by the charterer: i. [X%] of the deposit is non-refundable. ii. If canceled [X] weeks or less before the charter start date, the entire charter fee is forfeited unless the yacht can be re-booked for the same period.b. In the event of cancellation by the charter company due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
5. Security Deposit: a. A security deposit of [Amount] is required before the start of the charter.b. We will return your security deposit within [X] days after the charter ends after we subtract all costs for damages and unpaid fees and losses.
6. The charterer needs to purchase suitable insurance policies which protect personal items and travel expenses and fulfill all mandatory local insurance requirements.
7. Responsibility of the Charterer: a. The charterer is responsible for the safe and responsible operation of the yacht.b. The charterer needs to follow all applicable local laws together with established regulations and traditional customs. The charterer must pay for all damage and loss to the yacht and its equipment during the entire charter period.
8. Yacht Maintenance: a. The charter company will ensure that the yacht is in good working order at the start of the charter.b. The charterer must report any issues or damage to the yacht upon boarding.
9. Force Majeure: a. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil disturbances, or government actions.
10. The charter agreement will follow the laws of [Jurisdiction] for its interpretation and construction.
11. The charter agreement contains a dispute resolution clause which states that all disagreements must be solved through arbitration under [Arbitration Organization] rules.
12. The entire agreement between parties is contained in this charter agreement which replaces all previous oral and written understandings.
