How Our Gulet Itineraries Work

A gulet itinerary is a sample week on the water: a route between sheltered bays, island harbours and historic coastal towns, planned around the prevailing winds so you can swim, eat and sleep in calm anchorages. Many of the coves you visit can only be reached by sea, which is what makes a gulet week so different from a hotel holiday.

Our sample routes cover four destinations:

  • Turkey: routes from Bodrum, Marmaris, Bozburun and Fethiye, from the Gulf of Gökova to the sunken city at Kekova
  • Croatia: round trips from Split and one-way weeks to Dubrovnik, including the Kornati and Krka national parks
  • Greece: Dodecanese island hopping from Kos and Rhodes, and the Saronic Gulf from Athens
  • Montenegro: routes from Tivat around the Bay of Kotor and along the Budva Riviera

Most routes last eight days and seven nights and run Saturday to Saturday, either as a round trip from one port or one way between two. Every itinerary is a guide rather than a fixed plan: your captain adjusts it to the weather, and we can tailor the route to your group. New to gulets?
