Embark on Your Idyllic Blue Cruise with Guletbroker.com
If you want to hop aboard your idyllic Blue Cruise experience, visit Guletbroker.com. To bring you the experience of the Blue Cruise to life, we are here to help you find the perfect cabin charter sailing on the breathtaking coastlines of Greece, Turkey & Croatia without the trouble of chartering your own yacht when you're ready to explore and unplug.
Allowing you to experience all that is wonderful about sailing across the seas of these beautiful countries from beginning to end at your own pace, and at a price point that fits most vacation budgets.
1. What’s a Cabin Charter? (Adventure vs. Luxury)
A cabin charter can be thought of as a boutique hotel on a boat. Unlike traditional yacht charters, where the entire boat is rented out for your use, with a cabin experience you book a cabin with an en-suite bathroom on a yacht that follows a pre-arranged itinerary.
Expectations: You should expect a cabin charter to be more of an adventurous holiday, rather than a complete luxury getaway. Our yachts are very comfortable and we have many professional crew members available to serve you, but the experience of a cabin charter is about connecting with the sea and wind rather than being isolated inside the walls of a large cruise ship.
2. Where Do We Sail?
Our sailing routes are focused on the three best destinations for sailing in the Mediterranean: Turkey, Greece and Croatia with each destination providing its own unique flavour. We have carefully selected the best sailing routes for the 2026 season as follows:
Turkey: When you consider Turkey's stunning coastlines, Turkey is truly the birthplace of the Blue Cruise. The "Turquoise Coast" is home to lush pine forests and turquoise water that is the perfect combination for ashore for your recreational enjoyment through the sailing routes. Visit us at Guletbroker.com to discover the Turkey sailing route: Fethiye-Kekova-Fethiye. Turkey is the ideal place if you’re looking for the "real" gulet experience, affordable world-class hospitality, and the best value! (Highlights: Kekova's Legendary “Sunken City” and Ancient Lycian Rock Tombs).
Greece: Magical Island Hopping: Sailing in Greece is all about the white-washed villages, blue-domed churches, and a dose of ancient history with every port of call. Suggested Itinerary: Cyclades (Mykonos & Santorini) or Saronic Gulf (Athens). Why sail to Greece? Because of the breathtaking scenery, crazy nightlife in the ports, and your opportunity to experience a different island every day!
Croatia: Adriatic Pearl: Croatia offers a combination of medieval-style towns and pristine nature across more than 1,000 islands. Suggested Itinerary: Split – Hvar – Dubrovnik. The itinerary includes the stunning Pakleni Islands and the beautiful "Old Town" of Dubrovnik. Why choose Croatia? Because of the narrow, cobblestone streets, high-end marinas and some of the best sailing conditions in Europe.

3. What to Expect: Onboard Activities and Food
A cabin charter offers the perfect balance between relaxation and activity.
- Daily Activities: The majority of yachts have snorkeling gear, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and kayaks, so once you anchor, you can swim, go exploring in sea caves, or use the dinghy to get to shore and hike.
- Expert Chefs: Many chefs are professionally trained and take great pride in preparing authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
- Dietary Needs: Most allergy and dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free) can be accommodated if notified at the time of booking.
4. Who We Are & Guest Experience
We offer an enjoyable sailing experience with other adventurous individuals in similar age groups (30 - 60 +) on each of our boats from 8 - 18 guests. Guests may choose how much they participate in crew duties or learn about sailing; our skippers are happy to share their knowledge. Remember that your trip is a holiday; you may choose to help with the sails or just enjoy the views.
We have minimum age requirements to create a peaceful and enjoyable trip for family members who have children under 12 or 17 years of age. To sail on our cabin charters, you will need to be reasonably fit and mobile, as you will need to climb ladders to get on and off the yacht from the sea and use our dinghies to get ashore. If you have mobility issues or concerns about accessibility, please contact us to help select the right yacht for your needs.
When you make your online booking through Guletbroker.com, you are not booking a particular boat; you are booking a category of cabins along with a specific route. Guletbroker.com assigns boats to you based on how many guests will stay in that cabin type. Your final boat assignment does not affect your cabin type, meals, or itinerary.
The majority of your package includes accommodation, crew members, fuel, and most meals; however, alcohol and soft drinks, excursions from the yacht, and crew gratuities are typically not included.
Your safety is our top priority. All of our boats are equipped with safety equipment such as life jackets, fire extinguishers, and modern navigation systems. The crew members are trained in maritime safety and first aid. To ensure a pleasurable experience for all, guests are expected to follow the guidelines provided by the Skipper regarding Conduct.

8. Practical Packing / Power
- Soft Bag Rule: Due to limited storage space available in cabins on yachts, hard-sided suitcases are prohibited. Instead, please use a collapsible duffle bag.
- Electrical Devices: While the yacht's generator is functioning, the yacht's electricity will operate at 220 volts. For charging smaller devices outside of generator hours, you should take an electrical power bank with you.
- NOT to bring: You will need to leave the hair dryer at home. Most yachting circuits cannot support high-wattage beauty appliances.
9. Why choose to charter a cabin instead of a cruise ship?
Cabin charters provide an intimate and flexible alternative to large cruise ships carrying thousands of passengers to highly populated ports and harbors. Cabin charter vessels are often able to anchor in small sheltered areas (bays) where larger vessels cannot go, allowing charter guests an opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the sea and engage with the community.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. Will I be uncomfortable from sea sickness?
A. Most Turkish and Croatian cabin charters utilize Gulets, which are heavy, large yachts with excellent stability. The "Blue Cruise" routes were also designed to keep you close to shorelines, which typically have calmer waters. If you feel you're more sensitive, we suggest you carry acupressure "sea bands" and/or moderate over-the-counter medications that help to prevent motion sickness.
Q. Can the onboard chef accommodate my food allergies and sensitivities?
A. Yes! Many of our onboard chefs are skilled Mediterranean cuisine experts and can provide meals to accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and those with food allergies or gluten issues. At the time of booking, please provide us with your dietary requirements. Please note that in some remote islands in Greece and Croatia, there may be restricted access to Vegan "replacement" products, however, fresh and natural alternatives are always plentiful.
Q. Is there Wi-Fi available on the yacht?
A. Most of our yachts do have Wi-Fi on board, however, the strength of the connection is dependent upon GSM signal service from land. In most cases, this will work perfectly for checking email or using social media, however, it is not a suitable option for streaming content or participating in "Zoom" type video interactions, especially while in the more remote areas of our itineraries. Use this time as a chance to partake in a "digital detox."
Q. What happens if there is a dispute between passengers?
A. Please note that our crews are professionally trained in hospitality management and group management. However, the final authority aboard a vessel is always with the Captain (Skipper). To ensure that everyone has a happy holiday, we ask all guests to be responsible for their conduct while on board, particularly concerning noise levels and shared spaces. In the extremely rare event of disruptive or unsafe conduct, the Captain has the authority and right to direct any offending guests from the vessel at the nearest port of call.
Q. Can I sleep on deck under the stars?
A. Absolutely! Sleeping beneath the Milky Way is one of the most cherished experiences of a Blue Cruise adventure. Guests are provided with sun mats on which to sleep on the deck of the vessel, and for many guests, sleeping out under the stars is the highlight of the entire cruise experience.
Q. Is it safe to leave valuables in the cabin?
A. While all of our vessels provide a high level of safety, and all crew members are very professional, we do recommend that guests do not take expensive jewelry or unnecessary electronics on their sailing excursions. Although the cabin is a private space for each guest, the cabin is also more exposed than a hotel room would be.
Q. How much should I tip the crew?
A. Tipping crew members for their continuous 24/7 service is commonplace within maritime culture. Crew tips are traditionally 5-10% of the total cruise price and will be collected by the Captain at the end of the trip and divided among the crew members of the vessel.
Q. What is the "Single Supplement"?
A. Cabin pricing for all vessels is based upon double occupancy (2 persons sharing a cabin). Therefore, when a travelling passenger reserves a cabin for their exclusive use only, a single supplement fee (generally between 60-100%) will be incurred for the additional space that would have otherwise been occupied by a second passenger.
