The 26-metre Gulet Mehmet Ayaz is based in Fethiye, on the southwestern coast of Turkey, and sails as a Luxury class vessel within our Fethiye yacht charter fleet. Built in 2009 and refitted in 2024, she combines a traditional gulet hull with a beam of 6.5 metres and updated interior fittings suited to private charter groups.
With a fully crewed setup and a professional team of four, the vessel is set up for guests seeking a private yacht rather than a shared cabin arrangement. Her configuration and equipment list point toward a charter aimed at families, groups of friends, or small corporate parties exploring the yacht charter in Turkey coastline.
Gulet Mehmet Ayaz sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 cabins, configured as 2 Master cabins and 3 Double cabins. Each cabin includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, a safe box, hairdryer, and wardrobe space, giving every guest a self-contained sleeping area rather than a shared bunk layout.
Bedding, linens, and towels are supplied as part of the charter package, and LED lighting is fitted throughout the accommodation areas. The two Master cabins are positioned to offer a degree of separation from the three Double cabins, useful for multi-family bookings.
On deck, the sunbathing area is fitted with sunbeds and a relaxation music system, while the barbecue area and indoor dining table support both alfresco and sheltered meal service. Underwater lights extend evening use of the swim area, and a Bluetooth sound system covers the exterior spaces.
The galley is fully equipped, with a wine cooler, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave, and a mini bar on hand for the onboard chef and service staff to work from throughout the week.
Propulsion comes from twin 260 HP Iveco engines, giving a cruising speed of around 8 sea miles, supported by a 28 KWA generator for onboard power. The crew of four includes a captain and chef among the listed onboard service roles, with daily cleaning, housekeeping, and waiter service also provided.
Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, and wireless charging units are fitted throughout, alongside a tablet on board for guest use.
